2024 Short-Term Fellowship Program for Young Overseas Researchers has finished.

On November 19, 2024, this year's Fellows presented their research progress during the Program. Although their stay in Japan was limited to three months, each of them gave an eloquent presentation of the research they had been steadily advancing, and engaged in lively discussions with the audience.

The Fellows returned to Japan on November 22, bringing their stay in Japan to a close. During the program, the Fellows formed bonds through daily interactions with our researchers and staff, and the Fellows regretted their parting, saying, "I now have a family in Japan". As in previous years, this year's Fellows were highly aware of the importance of Japan and their positive attitude toward learning about all aspects of Japan constantly inspired us.

They will submit paper of their research finding during the Program in May of next year, which will also be posted on this page.

We will continue to implement the same program next year and will make every effort to expand and maintain the intellectual exchange and network with these highly motivated young researchers.
